What are your short-term and long-term goals? How will Post Graduate Program at ISB assist you in achieving your goals?
Well, for what it seems, goals determine one’s growth in any field. To be honest, throughout my graduation days, I didn’t lay much emphasis on career goals. Soon after, I understood how vital it is to set up plans to not be lost in the dark. Therefore, to enlighten my path, I have set my short-term and long-term goals.
I see my short-term goals to pave a way to get to my long-term goals. I seek with a vehemence that my logical inquisitiveness and skill praxis will surely help me with conversant discussions in the classroom. This will, in turn, help me with interactive learning. I have novel intentions of developing long-lasting friendships and collaborative learning. I am enthusiastically looking forward to interacting with the brilliant student and mentor community at IBS. I aim to set up mini-milestones that will benefit me in keeping a precise trail of my advancement and evolution as a scholar. This, in turn, will also lift up my long-term professional prospects, i.e., the pie-in-the-sky and the concrete plans that I have of becoming an entrepreneur. I will leverage my pre-MBA and marketing experience gathered through my internships.
As far as my long-term goals are concerned, that is where I plan to be ten years out; I aspire to become an entrepreneur. Hustling to hit my goal to achieve my ultimate goal of becoming an entrepreneur is what I am looking out for.
