Respected Madam/Sir
My name is Sunny Baithini, an Indian national, residing in Australia since 2016 for the purpose of completing my higher education at the Charles Strut University. I am writing this letter in response to my acceptance at the Capital College to study Diploma in Leadership & Management. I am currently working as a Customer Service professional at Aces Security, Sydney, NSW. I have been entrusted to oversee critical security & client support initiatives at the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney UNI Village, United Airlines (Aviation Security) and recently as a team leader for NSW Quarantine Program. I request a favourable review of my Visa Application and your approval to uptake my vocational education which will undoubtedly trigger brilliant career advancements for me in my home country.

Reasons to study Diploma in Leadership & Management
I have been diligently fulfilling my professional duties in client facing and security roles since 2016. My current job role at Ace Security involves customer support and security processes where I have to ensure adherence to the standard of procedures laid by the management and train the related teams for proficiency. Prior to my current association, I have worked in the customer service department of Coles Group, Rhodes (Nov 2017- 2019), Sydney Trains (Nov 2017 – Nov 2018) and with Banana Joe’s Food-works, Marrickvile (Sept 2016 – Nov 2017). As a technology professional, I concluded that knowledge of Business Management and Corporate Workflow will complement my education thus far, thereby making me eligible for better career opportunities. The curriculum of my chosen diploma program facilitates formal education in Leadership Practices, Human Resource Management and Business communication, which will undoubtedly give impetus to my skill repertoire and employability in managerial roles.
I have completed the four years of undergraduate education in Electronics Engineering (Aug 2011 – Nov 2015) from JNTUH, India and thereafter studied Masters in Information Technology at the Charles Strut University (2016 -2019). An accredited study program in Leadership & Management will enhance my project management and leadership capabilities that are critical to my vocational growth. While pursuing my previous education, I have not been able to study business management as core curriculum and the Diploma program at the Capital College will address this gap of knowledge effectively.
Reasons for choosing Capital College
It is only after exhaustive research that I have chosen to pursue my vocational studies at the Capital College. I was substantially impressed with the curriculum which is perfectly aligned with my learning goals and specifically curated for scholars from STEM background. I have already begun the pathway to the course which has further validated my decision as the study modules suffice my knowledge curiosity in an apt manner. The college offers a flexible class routine which is well suited to me (considering the current COVID pandemic) and the course enables brilliant industry exposure which will allow me to develop my business skills and to comprehend the applied scope of my education, in the best possible way.
Reasons to study in Australia rather than in your home country or the usual country of residence
Through my experience at the Charles Strut University, I discovered that the Australian University education system is superior to the one in India on most counts. The resourceful infrastructure of Australian colleges and the well curated course modules encourage pragmatic learning and prototypical innovation. As I am living in Australia since 2016, I have developed an ease of comprehension to the academic evaluation system which will surely allow me to excel in my proposed studies. The research databank, academic resources and university faculty in Australia is much more conducive to my learning goals. The cultural diversity and the curricular opportunities at the Australian campus will further enhance my interpersonal skills while letting me develop an astute sense of corporate work & team management in a developed world setting. I am fully acclimatised to living in Australia and it is only prudent to continue and conclude my higher education in Australia sans any disruptions.
Evidence of significant ties with your home country
I have deep emotional ties with my family in India. My father is deceased and my mother is an established business woman in India. I have one sibling who has recently completed her MBA. As an eldest son of the family, especially in my father’s absence, I want to take full responsibility of my family’s wellbeing to which I am personally and culturally motivated and committed to. After completing my Diploma Course, I will be returning to India to live with my family and further exploit the excellent career opportunities that an Australian education will ensue for me in the business venture domain and amongst the reputable employers in India. An overseas education will give my candidature a significant edge over my peers as a multitude of progressive indigenous firms and MNCs in my country seek to hire professionals with an international exposure. A holistic knowledge bank comprising of technology and business management will place me suitably for respectable employment, through which I aim to carve a career niche for myself and tend to my family’s comfortable life. I keenly aspire to contribute to the burgeoning digital economy of India through my international exposure and education; for the good of my career and the greater of my homeland.
I request a propitious review of my application and thank you for your time and consideration. Should you have any further concerns regarding my visa application, I will be most eager to appear personally for an interview or to resolve your concerns via a phone call or an email. Sincerely
