Respected Sir/Ma’am,
Kindly review this application in consideration of accepting my travel to Australia. I’m writing this to express my desire to get approved for my Student Visa Application (#____) so that I can begin my Diploma in Project Management at Greenwich Management College. I, Tauseef Khan, have got my approval for pursuing this course in this prestigious institution. This is a two-year full-time program that will begin on (month, 2021) and end in (month 2023). I have always been fascinated with the exemplary education system and advanced curriculum that will assist me in securing my aim of working as a project manager. Management and organisation have always been my area of expertise; it’s not only the supervision but also about keeping the team as an integrated unit that breathes and delivers nothing less than perfection.

I plan to integrate myself into the best knowledge possible during the 2-year timeframe in Australia and put it into practice when I return to my homeland. I am hopeful that after interpreting this application, you will agree with my rationale.
Family Background
I come from a middle-class family in my beloved country of Pakistan. My father is now retired, but back in the days, he used to work in the field of agriculture, and my mother is a homemaker. Ever since I was little, my parents have taught me the values of leadership and hard work. Growing with siblings wasn’t all lilies and roses. We used to get into fights a lot; during those times, I saw my father resolving our minor conflicts and spats with his wits, which not only would stop us from fighting but also taught us some great lessons. I aspire to become like my father one day. The way my father has taught me to solve every problem and not to run away from them, I’m sure I’ll be able to act as an asset to my family and tackle all my problems in life with efficiency. Now, all my sisters are happily married. My elder brother is in Poland working as a professional chef, and my other brother is doing his own business of garments and textiles.
Educational Background
I’ve completed my schooling and my undergraduate course with excellent scores.
I’ve completed my 10th class studies at Muslin High School Charsadda. I’ve achieved ( % ) in my secondary examination in the year 2008. And in the senior secondary examination, I’ve scored (%) in 2010 from Government College, Peshawar. Post finishing my schooling, I completed my BSc in electronic engineering from the National University Of Sciences And Technology (NUST) in the year 2017 and passed it with flying colours.
Why go for project management after pursuing electrical engineering?
During my time at NUST, I was made the captain of the university cricket team. Captains are expected to step up and lead their teams to victory in crunch situations. Captains are also expected to keep control in the most stressful situations and serve as role models for others. During my tenure as a captain, I realised my true potential as a leader and how well I can perform in the field of management. Be it establishing effective communication between the teammates or problem solving or time and priority management according to too the needs of the entire team, I was able to handle whatever obstacle came my way and drive our team towards victory at the end of every match. After this, I introspected and delved deeper into myself and found that a career in electrical engineering can pay my bills, but it will not let me reach my potential. So that is how I decided to go for a course in project management. My family supported me 100% in this decision that I took and have blessed me with their good wishes.
Work experience
(to be added by the client) during which I learnt to make decisions confidently and then communicates them candidly to the teammates. In addition to this, I also gained experience in learning about the different conflict styles, strategies, and triggers to help build a process for both preventing and treating conflict within a department or organisation. I found out that all of these play a very crucial role in conflict resolution and building trust within the team, along with ensuring the free flow of creative ideas.
Relevance of this course for future study
I am looking forward to putting my knowledge and skills learned from this program to good use. I will take intermediate positions as a project manager in one of Pakistan’s reputable companies, or I can apply for a high paying job at an MNC as soon as I finish this program. I’ll contribute my best to maintain a productive and positive atmosphere for my team members to feel confident and give the right direction to their ideas. I plan to work on high impact projects and increase the overall performance of the team. The program will open a number of opportunities in my field of interest where I can apply the theoretical knowledge gained by studying the course modules. This is not just limited to work experience, but I will also become eligible to assist my brother with his textile business so that the two of us can share the workload and get the best outcome. My propensity towards the domain, together with the passion and eagerness to learn, has brought me to the doors of Greenwich Management College, which offers exactly what I’ve been searching for. After learning about the basics and advanced knowledge of all the different prospects regarding project management, I would come back to my home country and work to develop the economy of my country.

On (date), I took the IELTS test and received an overall score of ( ) bands, which meets the University and Country requirements for international students.

The entire expenses of my studies are going to be funded by my parents and my brother timely, with no delays. Besides this, I’m also getting paid by doing a job here part-time to support myself. Currently, I work on a quarantine project in Sydney as a security officer with a company called ACES. In addition to this, I have savings of around 35k AUD. For staying in Australia, I’ll be renting private accommodation.
